Demotes noisy per-operation logs (nft rule text, sysctl writes, per-interface addresses, NAT application steps) from debug to trace. Adds one-line summary logs at debug level when routers and devices are fully configured.
Debug output for a 3-router + 2-device lab now reads as a clean sequence of setup/ready pairs instead of dozens of individual netlink and sysctl calls. Trace level retains all the detail for debugging patchbay internals.
